Bookings: When you book a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information about your home and cleaning needs.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is processed through our secure payment system. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of The Home Clean Solution. We vet cleaners through background checks, but we are not liable for their actions. Please report any concerns immediately.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Home Clean Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website.
